Take care of people and the business will take care of itself. That statement sums up the business philosophy of Becky and Jack Gloriod. And it works. In 1997 and 1998 they were the top RE/MAX agents in Colorado Springs. In 1999, they took the plunge and started their own company. They want each real estate transaction to be not only rewarding but fun. And, they constantly strive to improve and raise their clients expectations. It's like Jack frequently says, if you're not improving, you're deteriorating.

Our History

As Becky and Jack's business grew, more and more agents asked if they could join the Gloriods. In 1999, after months of serious consideration, Becky and Jack started their own company, Gloriod and Associates. The company was formed on the premise that if you're going to do something, do it right. As a result, Gloriod & Associates provides their agents state of the art technology, a trained support staff, first-class office space and the benefit of aggressive marketing. And, as a company, they pledge to put their clients' needs first and to take care of them with extraordinary service.
