As a self-employed businessman for 34 years, Don Rulle offers a unique perspective for those looking to buy, sell, or lease commercial real estate with his broad-based insight into sales, marketing, business, and management.

Don currently serves as president of the Longmont office of Prudential Rocky Mountain Realtors®, president of the Longmont Association of Realtors, and an advisory director for Centennial Bank of the West. He is a proud recipient of Prudential Real Estate's prestigious Pinnacle Award for outstanding sales performance in 2001 and the Gibraltar Award for his performance in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. Don has received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which is achieved by less than 7% of Realtors® worldwide, as well as his Graduate of Realtor's Institute (GRI) and Prudential Real Estate's e-Certified designations.

In addition to his success in real estate, Don is also an award-winning wildlife artist, Tae Kwon Do champion, master fisherman, and, one of his proudest recognitions, Father of the Year nominee. Don and his wife have raised two children, which, without hesitation, he calls his life's greatest accomplishment.
