Since early 2004, I have gained a vast experience working with Buyers and Sellers in New Home Sales, Resale, New Construction, Remodels and Investment properties in Northern Colorado. This includes Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, Greeley, and surrounding areas. I began my real estate career in Virginia managing all facets of the Property Management Industry working for a large R.E.I.T. I ended my 10 year career when I moved to Fort Collins in 1999 to be closer to family and to where I grew up (Sheridan, WY). My husband, Mike, was a Police officer in Manassas, VA and a Sgt with the Fort Collins Police Department. He retired from this career after 15 years of public service and in 2005, we teamed up utilizing our combined work experiences and created Michael James Custom Homes. As a team, we have enjoyed working together helping clients through every detail of the home building and investment process. I joined Prudential , Rocky Mountain Realtors in 2008, and my commitment is to sell real estate from my heart to ensure the smoothest home buying/selling experience. I will do this by honoring each client as an essential part of my real estate family, staying on top of real estate trends and the market, listening to clients needs, maintaining high business standards and being among the very best in the industry.
