My Goals to Sell Your Home

I want to help you sell your home!

As your real estate professional, my goal is to take the worry out of selling your home. From start to finish, I'll be with you, explaining the process, communicating with you, and representing your needs and interests.

Together, we will create a strategy to help you sell your home for the highest price possible, within the time frame that meets your needs, and to make the process as worry-free and efficient as possible. To that end, I will:

Identify your goals, needs, and expectations.

  • Discuss seller, buyer and transaction broker alternatives, and determine how I can best work with you to achieve your real estate objectives.
  • Answer any questions you might have about the home selling process.

Create and implement an effective marketing strategy for your home.

  • Share information about your home with the agents in my office, and other agents through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
  • Install yard sign(s), when allowed.
  • Discuss the use of open houses and hold open houses as needed.
  • Promote your home through effective print advertising and through electronic media.
  • Explain how seller incentives such as a written property disclosure, a home warranty, a home inspection, and an appraisal can increase the marketability of your home.
  • Seek pre-qualified buyers, and require financial qualifying information on potential buyers.

Help you determine an effective listing price.

  • Research and present a market analysis showing recent real estate listings and sales in your neighborhood so we can determine the best possible sales price.
  • Discuss different financing options that may help attract potential buyers.
  • Prepare an estimate of your costs and net proceeds based on the estimated selling price of your home.
  • Continue to monitor local real estate market activity, and recommend price adjustments to keep your home competitive, if necessary.

Discuss and recommend enhancements to prepare your home for sale.

Communicate with you in a timely and efficient manner.

Review all offers with you, and explain your available choices to accept, reject, or counter each one.

Represent your best interests.

  • Work with the buyer's agent and others to see that all requirements of the purchase contract are satisfied and to help keep the transaction on schedule.
  • Keep you informed of the progress of the transaction.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards at all times.
