As your real estate professional, my goal is to take the worry out of buying your new home.
From start to finish, I'll be with you, explaining the process, communicating with you,
and representing your needs and interests.
Together, we will create a strategy to help you buy your new home for the lowest price possible, within the time frame that meets your needs, and to make the process as worry-free and efficient as possible. To that end, I will:
Identify your goals, needs, and expectations.
- Consult with you to discover what you are looking for in a home.
- Discuss seller, buyer and transaction broker alternatives, and determine how I can best work with you to achieve your real estate objectives.
- Answer any questions you might have about the home buying process.
Introduce you to properties and neighborhoods that meet your requirements.
- Pre-select properties that match your criteria.
- Pre-schedule showing appointments to save your time and energy.
- Prepare a preliminary estimate of the costs associated with buying a property.
If needed, help you obtain the financing you may need for a home purchase by referring to you reliable financial institutions.
Help you to prepare a purchase offer on the property of your choice.
- Review sales information of comparable homes to help you decide on the price and terms you want to offer.
- Provide you with advice and information on other items such as possession date, personal property, and seller concessions.
- Recommend that you obtain a professional home inspection and refer you to licensed contractors.
- Provide a basic home warranty plan to you at no additional cost.
Represent your best interests.
- Communicate with you in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review with you the seller's written disclosure statement, preliminary title report, and other documents pertaining to the condition and sale of the property.
- Work with the listing agent and others to see that all requirements of the purchase contract are satisfied and to help keep the transaction on schedule.
- Keep you informed of the progress of the transaction.
- Accompany you on a walk-through of the property prior to closing and assist you with any issues.
- Follow up on all outstanding details after the close of the sale and provide you with information on any additional services you may need.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards at all times.
