Education and Experience It was Nancy's love of outdoor sports that led her to earn a degree in Outdoor Recreation in the first place. She grew up in southern California enjoying the beach, a backyard pool and tennis. Nancy boasts of skiing every day throughout her high school years in Idaho and while attending the University of Montana, Missoula. She taught tennis professionally in Idaho, Utah, New York and Colorado. Likewise, Nancy is an avid golfer who recognizes that improvement comes from dedicated practice and competitive rounds on the course. She prizes the friendship and camaraderie the game produces even among rivals. Perhaps this ability to work with differing personalities is what gives her an edge when it comes to helping people find the right home. Nancy combines her MBA and Realtor certifications to uniquely serve clients who choose lifestyles of their own design. Through this process I end up making friends as I learn about them and their diverse backgrounds.” Nancy might even share tales of her exciting forays into helicopter skiing or some of the fabulous golf courses she's played. Nancy's husband John is president of Charter Homes, Inc., which focuses on the unique needs of empty nesters. Over the past 24 years Charter has developed and built communities in Boulder, north Denver and Larimer County. At Charter, Nancy has the advantage of helping people “treat” themselves. She explains, “You've spent many years working hard, providing for your kids and launching them off on their own. You've spent a lot of energy along that journey.
