Success in real estate is all about serving you, the client. We are committed to help you have a smooth, efficient, satisfying transaction. We accomplish this by living by two client rules:

• Consistent communications by phone, mail, or email.
• Do what is best for you, our client. That means representing you as Single Agency, not Transaction Broker. Transaction brokers cannot even suggest to buyers what price to pay for a home or to sellers what price they should consider accepting. We do not want to put our clients in the position not being able to FULLY represent them. Only single agency brokers can provide this level of representation.

We are a father/daughter team whose family has been active in real estate since the mid-1960s. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Mike moved back to Illinois to purchase his familys real estate business, which he ran successfully for 30 years. He took advantage of an opportunity to sell the business (Prudential Properties Northwest) in 2008 so he and his wife Debbie could return to beautiful Colorado and be near their two daughters and their families. Mike enjoys golf, tennis, hiking and camping.

After graduating from the University of Illinois, Megan moved out to Colorado in 2003 as an AmeriCorps member for a non-profit organization, Project YES (Youth Envisioning Social change). While out in Colorado she met her husband, Brian, and has not looked back since! After completing her year of service with AmeriCorps, Megan began working with the Mapleton School District teaching middle school students. In her free time, Megan enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, reading, cooking and Caffrey, her golden retriever.

Mike and his Chicago area company were honored with many awards including Centurion, Pinnacle, Quality Service, Core Values and Realtor of the Year. These awards are for community service, production and the quality of service. Megan and Mike look forward to offering the same high levels of service to you.
