Marilyn has been selling real estate in Northern Colorado for 16 of the 41 years she has lived in Greeley. She specializes in relocation, referrals, residential brokerage sales, new construction and catering to the needs of her customers.

Following her 20 year career in catering, 11 of which she catered for the entertainers at the Greeley Independence Stampede she entered the real estate arena and now enjoys catering to her customers real estate needs.

Marilyn still enjoys cooking, cake decorating, canning, baking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In her limited spare time she volunteers at St. Mary's Church, is an avid reader, bridge player and crafter.
