Welcome to my HomepageJohn is one of those rare individuals that knew he wanted to become a real estate agent when he was in High School. For most people, real estate is a second career. However, John's grandfather started in the real estate business in Loveland in 1922. His father Bill joined his father in 1947 and the two of them were the founding fathers of the Loveland-Berthoud Association of REALTORS. In 1973 John earned his degree from Colorado State University in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. In October of that same year, he joined his father and brother Dave in the family real estate business. "I think our family's longevity in the real estate business gives me a unique perspective in advising clients in the good times and the bad times, always driven by realistic optimism." He is currently the Broker/Owner of the Loveland office of Prudential Rocky Mountain, REALTORS. John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organization and a network of contacts throughout the business and Government communities. He has earned both the GRI and CRS designations to better assist his clients. John's broad base of knowledge in Real Estate equips him well to serve the varied needs of real estate buyers and sellers. John also brings a unique perspective to the development community having served on the Loveland Planning Commission for nearly 8 years, and as its Chairman for 5 years. With his expanded role as managing broker, John is committed to providing his agents with the best tools and training so that their customers and clients get the best service available.
