John's Building Experience

In 1985 - Formed partnership to develop and build 92 townhomes at Sundering Townhomes

In 1991 - Purchased partnership shares and finished the last 20 homes in Sundering Townhomes

In 1992 - Developed and built 12 townhomes known as Raintree Townhomes in Fort Collins

In 1994 - Purchased 35 acres and developed a 3 phase project known as Windtrail - 37 townhomes, 35 single family and 56 condominiums

In 1999 - Purchased a 200 acre farm in Weld County and completed entitlement of the project and sold to another developer

In 2000 - Purchased and completed 10 lots in a partially developed townhome project in Cheyenne, Wyoming

In 2003 - Purchased 12 - 10 acre lots in Cheyenne, Wyoming - completed single family homes in 2007

In 2006 - Purchased 70 developed lots, townhomes and single family and 11 completed townhomes in Fort Collins. Sold all but 7 townhomes and 6 single family homes currently under construction

In 2008 - Purchased 8 completed townhomes and 44 fully developed townhome sites in Greeley, Colorado. Sold 2 and rented 2. We hope to start this project again late this year or early next year.

In 2011 - Agreed to purchase 15 townhome lots in Loveland, Colorado. One (1) pre-sale start 1st 5 within next 2 weeks.
