A native of Colorado, Craig Gapter grew up in Boulder and now resides in Longmont with his wife, Allison, along with their three boys. Craig's knowledge of the area will help you select the right place to call home!

Above all else, Craig values customer service and making sure you are informed to make the right decision regarding your real estate needs. This is a big decision and he'll be there every step of the way.

In addition to his real estate, Craig brings many years of experience from the mortgage industry and understand the financing process.

Craig participates with the Winter Park Competition Center and along with his family, he volunteers with the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD) as ski instrutors. Craig also is an active member of Longmont St. Vrain Rotary Club and President-Elect for 2010-2011.

Craig prides himself as a "Handy-Man" and enjoys the use of power tools.

After twenty years in the financial industry, Rose Chamberlain followed her passion to the residential real estate area where she has been using her marketing and networking skills for the past four years. She specializes in relocation and is an incredible resource to the community.
